Let Matador cater your next event. We deliver our catering orders through DoorDash or you can pick them up directly and receive a 10% discount. Please allow 24 hours for all catering orders. - Negro modelo slow roasted beef brisket
- Al pastor: bacon wrapped and slow roasted pork
- Carnitas: niman ranch pork shoulder confit
- Barbacoa: slow cooked and then shredded beef
